I wanted to thank you for Clifford's dental cleaning -- he looks great, and we know it's the best thing for him!
I also wanted to let you know what a pleasure it was to work with Julie, your technician. From when we first saw her, she was warm and welcoming. She led us into the room and very competently and thoroughly reviewed the procedure. Even though I said I had no questions, she answered the ones that came to mind very patiently -- not continuing until she was sure I was comfortable.
Her "bedside manner" was outstanding and it is very evident how much she loves and cares for animals. Clifford was in great hands with you and Julie -- we appreciate it!

A cat's point of view . . .
Dear Doctor Felecia:
I just wanted to write to say a giant, "Thank You!" for making me feel so much better. Mom and Dad say I'm acting like a whole new cat and they're absolutely delighted.
I just finished my six-week regimen of Doxycycline to get rid of that nasty Bartonella bacteria that made me feel so listless and congested. Everyone in the family is happy . . . we even discovered that I have a voice I never used before. I've really come to like the twice-a-day snacks my medicine came in and sometimes have to issue a gentle reminder.
Thanks Dr. Felecia for curing me when two other doctors didn't know what was wrong. You're the best!

. . . Just a note to thank you for all the wonderful care that you gave our Alex. We loved her very much and we always wanted the best for her.
The day we walked into your office on Main Street in 1986, we new we found the best vet. Through all her years and the health issues that we faced, we always knew that she was getting excellent health care. We believe that played a big role in extending her life so that we could love her and be blessed by her presence in our home.
Thank you also for being with us until the end. It is hard to let go of a best friend who only gave love. You helped us through the hardest day and we are very thankful. Please do not forget our girl --
